1: Pre Expedition (1 Week1 Before)
The moment you commit, your son's transformation begins. Personal expedition kit preparation, daily strength-building exercises, reflection journaling, and weekly check-ins with Hanson. The separation ceremony with family marks the beginning of his rite of passage.
2: Foundation & Trust (Days 1-2)
The Arrival & Island Orientation: Flight journey becomes part of the adventure. Island geography exploration, climate adaptation, local food introduction. Safety protocols through swimming, snorkeling, hiking, and skateboarding. Trust-building through fireside chats where brotherhood begins. Fear acknowledgment and mindset preparation for growth ahead.
3: Self-Discovery (Days 2-6)
"Who Am I?" - "Who Am I Becoming?" Deep character exploration through a) surfing pristine waves, rock climbing coastal cliffs, skateboarding, trekking jungle paths, snorkelling coral reefs, island hopping adventures. b) Motorbike and quad bike lessons, bush craft survival skills, foraging and meal preparation, fishing with local guides. c) Meaningful service through conservation efforts with NGOs, hands-on work experience at local cafes. d) Fireside circles exploring role models, admired characteristics, building self-confidence, personal awareness, humility, gratitude, and community connection.
3: The Quest Days 7-8)
The Final Challenge & Return: 24 hour wilderness quest - trekking, foraging, cooking, camping under stars. Sacred fire circle reflections, deep journaling, and preparation for return home. Personal commitments to his next life stage. Integration ceremony preparing him to carry this strength back to family and school.

After years living and travelling around Asia and months of searching for the right location, I decided on Siargao. I spent 3 weeks there personally. I met with with local activity providers, checked facilities, accommodations and the overall safety and lifestyle norms. Siargo and the locals are really something special - the perfect environment for boys to discover who they're meant to become.
Accomodation
Owned by "Uncle Norm" The "Living Room" is a 4 bedroom house with a 8 bed co living dorm just right for us. The will become the Dragons Den!

Leadership
